Shorashim - Hebrew for "Roots"
Shorashim - Hebrew for "Roots"

Shalom and welcome!

Plant your roots down deep - and be amazed at your growth and fruitfulness!

God is doing an amazing thing in THIS generation!

The world is changing faster than ever before, the Jewish people have their historic homeland once again after nearly 2000 years in exile, PLUS more and more are coming into relationship with the Jewish Messiah, Yeshua. These are unprecedented times as God oversees the fulfilment of ancient prophecy in front of our eyes.

But the rift between a predominantly gentile Church and a Judaism dominated by the Rabbis has caused our perspective of the Messiah to be distorted. Many Christians don't think he was Jewish and many Jews don't think he is the Messiah. But are you brave enough to think again and challenge what you thought you knew?

This is what we're here for - to encourage and promote the global Messianic Movement of both Jews and Gentiles who love the God of Avraham, Yitzach and Ya'acov - and of Israel, still His covenant people.

We hope you'll join us on this amazing journey of discovery to uncover the original, authentic and Biblically Jewish roots of our faith - and to find the true and historical Jewish Messiah, Yeshua.

#BeChallenged. #BeChanged. #BeDifferent.

On the Jewish Messiah...

Have you ever stopped to look at the life and ministry of Yeshua (Jesus) from a truly Jewish perspective?

How can we even begin to suggest we understand who he is and what he taught unless we understand him in his own Jewish context of the Second Temple period?

Surely we must look with the eyes of those closest to him - his disciples, the Scribes and the Pharisees?

On the Hebrew language...

The Hebrew language (Ivrit - Hebrew, עברית) is named after those who spoke it, the "Ivrim", "Hebrews."

This section of our site is designed to help you get a taste for the deeper meanings hidden within the Hebrew language that are so often lost in translation.
